We visited this restaurant tonight for a family dinner. It was raining and they had no precautions no measures taken considering the restaurant is a rooftop. No gripping mats, no caution sign, no housekeeping staff tending to the wet floor which led to my mother slipping and hurting as we understand rain is not in their hands preventive measures should be in place whenever it rains and for the hospitality none of staff asked if she was okay their reaction were as blank as a paper not knowing what to do they offered fres lime water that's the only thing I appreciate them for. Now it doesn't come in books but when you're running a hospitality business and your guest is hurt it comes under your responsibility to atleast check on the guest given that it was partially your fault for not having proper management on untimely rain. Service was too negligible till the last morsel had to ask 4 times for a glass of cold water. Four different people serving and still no satisfaction. Please look into your staff's training. These things don't happen often but they do. They should know what to do. Manager was not seen at all during this chaos. Don't blame the staff but the management for what happened tonight.
The restaurant has really good food. We had one appetiser - Cilantro Garlic Chicken which was very tasty, good. Mains - Red Thai Curry Rice Chicken and Grilled Chicken with Veggies and Mashed Potatoes.
The service by Selima was excellent. She was very professional and prompt. And a very warm, smiling presence. She made good suggestions too.

There're very few places where you get good Kunafe in India, we found the kunafe quite good. Cinnamon flavoured syrup with kunafe was an excellent touch.

He helped & guided us with deep commitment & provided assurances that were all fulfilled by him and his team. Regarding food, the taste, aroma, presentation, and freshness of the food were exceptional, and this applies to all the cuisines that we tried. This place also has great ambience, & one feels energised & positive. Hence, we strongly recommend this place to everyone.

24k Kraft is an unethical place for dining, they give false offers and don't honour them, putting additional conditions making it impossible for people to order. Used to be my regular place but not coming here ever again !

Chef Madan was great. He was excellent and helped replace a dish that we did not like coz we are from south and he made it exclusively for us to our liking . Chef Madan came out spoke to us and asked what we liked and made it accordingly .

24K is a newly opened restaurant in tne rooftop of Pavillion Mall and is a vibe! The seating is 2 pronged with an inside AC seating and an outside rooftop seating under the stars. Both are covered and offer some great ambience and views of the city!

We went here for Diwali party and we were amazed at the decor, ambience and I was very happy with the delicious food! Both veg and nonveg options were mouth watering. Credit goes to Chef Madan and team. Vegetarian options we tried the Beetroot tikki which was surprisingly good..we also had the broccoli almond starter which was creamy, yummy almond paste and tandoori broccoli. The lotus stem honey Chilli was amazing when it was hot and crisp..the almond broccoli soup was fabulous! The vegetarian spring rolls were average, you can give it a miss! Paneer tikka was soft and delicious. We also had the smoked watermelon and feta cheese which was presented as a sandwich of watermelon slices and feta cheese in between and smoked balsamic vinegar over the pieces. Heavenly! We also had the crispy chhole starter and the vegetarian pizza whoch were good. We also had mocktails and cocktails which were really good. I had the hot toddi as I was recovering from a viral fever. Strong and hot with cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and honey! Perfect! Coming to my favourite part the non veg dishes - we had the prawns butter garlic which had yummy cheesy prawns in butter garlic sauce served with a slice of toasted garlic bread. The non veg platter had seekh kebab, chicken tikka, fish fingers etc and was delicious! The thanjavur prawns pierced into the watermelon slice was the star for me, looks wise and taste wise! So much that we were forced to ask chef Madan if he could give us something more in that same thanjavur masala. He recommended mutton noor mahal pulav (dont remember exact name) and it was mind blowing!!!! Loved every bite of it!! The desserts were average..the only feedback I can give is to work on desserts and have better ones as the rest of the food was an absolute delight for me!! Highly highly recommend this place for fancy dinner parties, family outings or just when you want to have some finger-licking food!! 😊

We went here for Diwali party and we were amazed at the decor, ambience and I was very happy with the delicious food! Both veg and nonveg options were mouth watering. Credit goes to Chef Madan and team. We always visit this place and seriously it feels like home..the staff is very kind and the taste is awesome..also the most I like about this place is that the chef himself visit kindly (chef Madhav)..just love their sweet gesture..

Tasty food, also a great variety of food.
Music was very loud.. that is the only concern.
We could not go for the buffet as we reached after 4 pm. We opted for Ala carte menu.
There are both options of indoor and outdoor sitting.

Ambience was top notch. They had variety of cocktails and were tasty as well. Issue was with the food. Best butter fried prawns and chicken tikka. We ordered Chicken Malvani,shots, few mocktails, loaded French fries, chicken kebab, honey chicken and few vegetarian dishes. We were among 30 people and still service was good. Food was tasty. And we got free pastries as well. Good place to visit. Food was better this time than the previous time we visited.
