We’ve used a blend of Pale Ale malt and Wheat malt to give this beer complex malty flavors. But the main kicker in this beer is the addition of Jaggery. Not only does it help in fermenting the beer, but it also helps in adding gentle caramelly maple notes with some buttery accents.
The inclusion of English yeast and Hops in the beer complements the sweet flavor of jaggery with some bitter characteristics.
